Making the process easier
If you would like to utilise all of our services and specialities, then we can offer a Design and Build service.
The process couldn’t be easier and more stress free.
The process will likely proceed as so:
- We can visit your home for an initial chat.
- We can then offer a high line estimate for the works, including all design and planning permissions.
- If you would like to proceed on this basis, a deposit would be required to get the design underway.
- Following the design, a detailed estimate would then be produced to form the contract.
- If you are happy with this estimate and contract the work can be booked in.
We manage all of the statutory approvals, planning application, building control approvals, inspections, build over agreements and so on. We manage the build, sourcing materials, site meetings throughout, and we manage all contractors and inspections. We'll liaise with you throughout on progress, decisions required and when, keeping you up to date at all times.

A Personal service
You will only deal with the initial person that did the design in the first place, ensuring nothing less than excellent continuity throughout the build.
You will not have to find a builder, get quotes in, or worry that something is missed on the drawings.
You will not have to build new relationships with numerous trades throughout the contract.
